It is 1 Half Mile South Of The Virginia/West Virginia Line, And Eight Miles South of Charles Town, WV.

The Farm Is Open From 9 a.m. Until Dark Every Day, Seven Days A Week From The

Friday Of Thanksgiving Weekend Until December 23rd.

You Can Access It By GPS At 633 Oakland Ln, Berryville VA, 22611

Directions: From Northern Virginia, take Va. Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) west over the Blue Ridge Mountains. Route 7 intersects with U.S. Route 340 at Berryville.

Turn right onto Route 340 in the direction of Charles Town, W.V. Our farm is on Oakland Lane, which intersects with U.S.Route 340, 4 miles north of Berryville Va.

and one half mile south of the Virginia/West Virginia line.Fr

From Winchester, VA: Take Route 7 East 10 miles until the exit for Route 340 N. just past Berryville. Take Route 340 North in the Direction of Charles Town WV,

for approximately 4 miles. Oakland Tree Plantation will be on your right at Oakland Ln. Look For Santa and Oakland Tree Plantation sign (shown below).
